ในอดีตศาลเจ้าโรงเกือก คือพื้นที่ส่วนกลาง (Common space) ของชุมชนตลาดน้อย
ในขณะที่ลานด้านหน้าศาลเคยเป็นพื้นที่รวมตัวของคนในชุมชน เมื่อก่อนศาลเจ้าจึงไม่ใช่แค่ศาสนสถาน
แต่คือพื้นที่สร้างสัมพันธ์ของผู้คน

ในวิถีชีวิตปัจจุบันที่ศาลเจ้าไม่ได้ผูกพันกับชุมชน และคนไม่มีพื้นที่ทำกิจกรรมร่วมกันเช่นในอดีต
รวมไปถึงช่วงโควิดที่ผู้คนในชุมชนไม่สามารถที่จะขายของในพื้นที่เพื่อหาเงินหล่อเลี้ยงได้

ทีมงานจึงสร้างกระบวนการการมีส่วนร่วมในชุมชน (Co-Create) ให้คนในชุมชนตลาดน้อยช่วยกันออกแบบพื้นที่
และใช้องค์ประกอบที่มาจากวัสดุใกล้ตัวในชุมชนมาประกอบสร้าง และได้ผสานรูปแบบกิจกรรมของความศรัทธา
อย่างการขอพรเทพเจ้ากับกิจกรรมสนุกๆ ที่ทุกคนเข้าถึงได้อย่างการร้องคาราโอเกะ

จนเกิดออกมาเป็น เทพประทานเพลงคาราโอเกะที่สามารถร้องไปพร้อมกันได้ 7 ไมค์
โดยเปิดใช้งานผ่านการหยอดเหรียญ เพื่อสร้างรายได้เข้าชุมชน

ทุกเสียงร้องจะกลายเป็นแสงที่สร้างสีสันทั่วทั้งลาน ความสนุกของเทพประทานเพลง
จะเชิญชวนผู้คนหลากหลายทั้งชาวตลาดน้อย นักออกแบบ รวมถึงผู้ชมงาน เข้ามาฟังเสียงของกันและกัน

In the past, Rong Kuek Shrine was a shared space of Talad Noi community, while the courtyard in front of it used to be a gathering space for the people in the community. The Shrine was not just a place of worship but a space for building relationships among people.

Currently, the Shrine is not tied to the community, and people do not have space to do activities together like in the past. Plus, people in the community cannot run their businesses to earn a living due to the COVID-19 situation.

We came up with the mission to build a "Co-Create" process focusing on community participation. We encouraged people in Talad Noi community to design the space and utilize their local resources, fusing a ritual of faith like praying to the god with a fun activity that everyone can join, like Karaoke.

Introducing "Thep Pratan Pleng Karaoke", with seven mics to sing along together, activated by inserting coins.
All collected coins were be donated to Talad Noi community.

Every voice coming out has turned into the lights that create colors throughout the courtyard.
The liveliness of Thep Pratan Pleng Karaoke attracted people around there to listen to each other's voices.
